You arrive on scene of a motor vehicle accident and find a 9 year old girl ejected from the vehicle. She is AAOx2, does not remember the incident. She is unable to move any of her extremities. Her heart rate is 98, blood pressure is 68 systolic, her skin is warm and dry.
- A. Maintain spinal immobilization and hyperventilate for a possible head injury.
