We shall continue the evaluation of our patient by evaluating the carotid impulse, the upstroke, peak and downstroke. To assist this, we shall use the swab and watch its excursion, again, reflecting the upstroke, peak and downstroke of our patient's carotid arterial pulse. [Cut-away]
