Having first focused, or tuned in, on the murmur at the upper left sternal edge, we are now going to listen again and tune in on the heart sounds. Let's watch respiration as we listen to the heart sounds with the diaphragm of the stethoscope at the upper left sternal edge. Everybody watch respiration together. [cut-away]
